March MAK Tract Questions

  1. Please provide your latest development map showing the intended progression of construction, lot sizes, etc.

    Phase one will consist of sections 1,2,3, and 4 as shown on the land plan. Progression and timing will be driven by market conditions.

  1. Will there be phased construction? Can you go into detail about that?

  2. Are there specific builders assigned to the sections or lot sizes? Can you provide a breakdown of the builders’ lot size offerings?

  3. There was previous mention of a website. Is that going to be available soon?

    We have decided to put the question-and-answer website on hold while we continue to explore the MUD liaison and monthly question and answer format as a more effective way to communicate with your residents.

  4. What is the status of your MUD creation?

    Creation is currently in process with TCEQ

  5. Construction Hours and Buffer Request

    We have instructed our contractors to keep at a minimum of 100 feet away from homes (rear fence line) outside of the hours of 8AM-5PM M-F, and 9AM-5PM on weekends.

  6. When is the anticipated mowing of the right of way between the construction fence and the resident fences going to take place?

    Mowing will take place this week.
