Welcome to Harris County MUD No. 391

Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 391 (the "District") is a political subdivision of the State of Texas, created by order of the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission, predecessor to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (“TCEQ”), on November 14, 2002, and operates pursuant to Chapters 49 and 54 of the Texas Water Code, as amended. The District contains approximately 771 acres of land.

The District was created for the purpose of constructing and operating water, sewer, and drainage services to its residents.
