Resident Impact
HCMUD 391 has requested that MAK continue to proactively plan construction activities with an emphasis on minimizing impacts to nearby residents and to provide advance notice whenever activities may affect the surrounding neighborhood.
The Developer responded that MAK is committed to being a good neighbor, will work to improve communication with residents, and will continue making every effort to minimize construction impacts.
They also noted that MAK became aware of excessive dust generated late Friday afternoon last week. The issue was addressed internally on Saturday morning and again on Monday to help reduce future occurrences.
Additional Update Since Last Meeting
- The water pumps that had generated significant noise near the 17th hole detention pond have been removed/moved following completion of the dewatering work.
